Validation Checklist - Planning Permission
This local validation list can be used to check the information requirements when making applications for full planning permission and outline planning permission for proposals relating to:
- Provision of 1 to 9 dwellings or
- Development to be carried out on a site having an area of less than 0.5 hectares where the number of dwellings is not specified
- The provision of a building or buildings where the floor space to be created by the development is less than 1,000 square metres; or
- Development carried out on a site having an area of less than 1 hectare;
