Types of application or development that require this information

  • Applications for residential schemes of 100 units or more
  • Applications for commercial, business, service, industrial and other schemes of 10,000 sqm of floorspace or more
  • Any development proposals which have a significant impact on heritage assets.

What information is required?

Visual representations can include street scene drawings, artist impressions, photorealistic visualisations and computer generated images and 3D models.

Visual representations may be incorporated into a Design and Access Statement or Planning Statement. This should be made clear in the title of the document.
