Driver renewal form - Private Hire
Overview
You have received an email from the service advising you that your current Private Hire driver licence (badge) will expire in approximately 6 weeks time and you have followed the link on that email to this page.
In the email will be a unique reference code that you will be asked for when using the renewal form. Please do not share this code with any other person, it is unique to you. If anyone else uses it they will see your personal data.
Please note:
- During the application you will need to make payment for the length of licence you require, these are 1 year or 3 years
Please ensure you have a valid credit/debit card to hand - Ensure that your DBS is in date and that you are signed up to the DBS update service
- Your training certificate(s) are valid and up to date
- We may require further information from you after you have applied, we will contact you by email should this be the case
- The application must be completed in one session, you cannot save and quit
- Please ensure that you respond to any emails, failure to do so may delay your renewal and you may not be able to work
- Please ensure you click the Finish button at the end of the process
