7. Regulation 19 and 20 - Adoption (June 2022)
Following the referendum, held on 5 May 2022, City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council agreed to formally make (adopt) the Oxenhope Neighbourhood Development Plan on 8 June 2022. The made (adopted) plan together with Regulation 19 Decision Statement can be viewed below:

The Oxenhope Neighbourhood Development Plan forms part of the development plan for Bradford district and will be used to help determine planning applications within the neighbourhood area.
