6. Regulation 19 and 20 - Adoption
Following the referendum, CBMDC agreed to formally make (adopt) the Burley-in-Wharfedale Neighbourhood Plan in May 2018. The "made" (adopted) plan together with the Regulation 19 Decision Statement can be viewed below.
The Burley-in-Wharfedale Neighbourhood Plan forms part of the development plan for Bradford district, and will be used to help determine planning applications within the neighbourhood area.
