We are accepting appointments to view the Local Land Charges Register in Customer Services. Appointments are 45 minutes and are available Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm and can be booked by emailing locallandcharges@bradford.gov.uk

Please provide the name of the person attending the office, their contact number and email address, along with the required appointment date and time.

In the interest of fairness, we request that you only book one appointment per email.

Please attend the office as close to your appointment time as possible and leave promptly after your appointment to allow for the PC to be sanitised.

You are advised to bring an up to date plan in order to identify the property accurately

Planning history

The planning history held on the Local Land Charges Register details planning decisions from 1995.

Relevant decision notices can be viewed on the Council's online planning system. Details of planning applications determined prior to 1995 can also be found on the Council’s online planning system.

Information on planning applications which cannot be located on the online planning system may be obtained by writing to the Planning Office, 3rd Floor, Britannia House, Bradford, BD1 1HX or via www.bradford.gov.uk/planning.

Listed buildings

Care must be taken to ensure that when carrying out a search on a property that has been divided into flats, apartments or individual units, the search extent entered onto the TLC system must cover the whole building in order to check listed building status.

Rights of Way information

We have made available an interpretation of the Definitive Maps for the area and other records. There are some explanatory notes to the information. An appointment is required to view the Definitive Maps and related registers. Please telephone the office to arrange an appointment, leaving your name, location of the search and contact telephone number. A Rights of Way Officer will return the call within one working day to arrange an appointment.
