View planning enforcement notices

The following types of notices can be viewed:

• Enforcement Notices 
• Listed Building Notices 
• Breach of Condition Notices 
• Stop Notices 
• Temporary Stop Notices 
• Section 215 Notice (Untidy Land) 
• Tree Replacement Notice

Details of new enforcement notices are normally added to the online planning system within five working days of being generated.

Should your search reveal an Enforcement Notice (under the status as Closed) then further details can be obtained from the planning service by telephoning 01274 434605 or by email at the address on this page.

If you wish to obtain a copy of an enforcement notice that is not currently available to view online please contact the Planning Service on 01274 434605, quoting the Enforcement reference number and the specific address.

Please note that as we currently have a backlog of enforcement complaints we are unable to respond to such requests within a set timetable.
