Performance Management Framework
In order to monitor our performance, a Performance Management Framework has been drafted which consists of a number of Performance Indicators. The PIs cover four core objectives and the percentage scores obtained are evaluated against specified targets which have been set in order to determine whether levels of service and stakeholder expectations are being met. We will monitor our results regularly and strive for continuous improvement.
