Inform us of a change of operator

Under your licence agreement, you are required to notify us of any change to the operator(s) that you work for.

Please use the form below to let us know of any changes. Once received, your request will be processed within 2 working days and the new badge will be posted to your home address.

Please note: You will be asked to upload a copy of the letter you have received from your new operator which confirms you will be working for them. If you wish to add an operator, you will need to provide letters from your existing operator and your new operator.

You will also need a valid debit/credit card to make your payment.
