Purpose

The Towns Fund investment is helping to realise an incredible opportunity in Keighley. Protecting up to 3 hectares of land for green use and creating a resilient, nature-positive hub of enterprise activity which will help establish a green economy and contribute to net zero targets.

Position up to February 2024

Project delayed due to winning contractor being unavailable for the building works. Contracts been revised and broken down into two phases:

• Phase 1: Site Preparation, Buildings and Structure Winter 2023 - 2024
• Phase 2: Landscaping. Spring 2024.

Landscape works will be delivered by a contractor though will include volunteer days.
