The Planning Inspectorate appointed Mr Stephen J Pratt BA(Hons) MRTPI as Independent Planning Inspector on behalf of the Secretary of State to take charge of the Examination of the Waste Management DPD. The Programme Officer was Jayne Knight.

The Inspector's Report was received by Bradford Council on 25 July 2017. The report provides his findings, recommendations and conclusions (and reasons behind these).
