3. Regulation 14 - Updated Draft Plan Consultation (January 2023)
Wilsden Parish Council are preparing a neighbourhood development plan, using powers granted under the Localism Act 2011, that will help shape the growth and development of their community over the coming years.
The Parish Council has prepared a draft version of the Neighbourhood Development Plan, together with a Design Code and a number of supporting documents. These have been published under Regulation 14 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended) for a seven-week consultation to allow local people and others with an interest in planning in Wilsden to have their say on contents of the plan and other documents. The consultation runs from 31 January to 21 March 2023.
The consultation is being organised and conducted under the 2012 Regulations by Wilsden Parish Council. Details of the consultation and the draft neighbourhood plan can be accessed on the Parish Council website via the links below:

It should be noted that a consultation under Regulation 14 on a previous draft of the neighbourhood plan development plan took pace during June and July 2017. This current consultation is an updated and revised plan.
