The plan was supported by a number of evidence base documents which formed the basis of several designations contained within it and provide useful background when considering proposals. These were:
- Supporting Evidence for Local Green Spaces (PDF)*
- Supporting Evidence for Housing Needs and Characteristics (PDF)
- Supporting Evidence for Important Buildings and Important Structures (PDF)
- Supporting Evidence for Important Views and Vistas (PDF)
*It should be noted that due to changes made to the contents of neighbourhood plan document as part of the independent examination resulted in the proposed Local Green Space (LGS) “W/NE1-1: Fields to the east/north east of St. Matthews Church, Wilsden” being removed from the final iteration of the plan. Accordingly, when reading the Supporting Evidence for Local Green Spaces document (in particular Table 1 and Figure 1) this change should be taken into consideration. The proposed Local Green Space designation references have been updated within Policy W/NE1 of made neighbourhood plan document to take account of the deletion of the proposed LGS.
