Local Plan Viability Assessment
Bradford Council commissioned consultants Aspinall Verdi to undertake the latest financial viability assessment of the Core Strategy Partial Review and the CIL Charging Schedule. The evidence assesses and tests the policies contained in the Core Strategy and makes recommendations for areas of policy that should be considered and reviewed. The assessment report was completed in January 2020 and can be found below.
Whole Plan Financial Viability Assessment Report - Consultation draft (2019)
