Affordable Housing SPD
The Bradford District Affordable Housing SPD supports the saved policies (H9 and H10 - Affordable Housing) within the adopted Replacement UDP. The SPD will provide guidance on how these policies will be implemented.
Consultation on the scoping reports for the SPD and the Sustainability Appraisal took place between in October 2008. Please note that this consultation is now closed.
The Local Development Framework Group is currently taking stock of all the comments received during this consultation and is due to commence work on the draft Affordable Housing SPD. Please keep visiting this page for updates on this SPD.
