Compulsory Purchase Orders
The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (The Old Manor House, Rosebery Road, Manningham, Bradford) (Listed Building Renovation Scheme) Compulsory Purchase Order 2022
The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council pursuant to Section 47 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, Section 1 of the Localism Act 2011 and the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 and all other relevant and enabling powers, intends to secure the compulsory acquisition of the building situate and known as No.23 Rosebery Road, Bradford BD8 7QB and an area of garden land abutting the building shown edged red on the plan, to bring the building back into a condition whereby it is once again fit for beneficial use and to preserve the status of the building as a Grade II listed building.
