NOTICE IS GIVEN by the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council that it intends to dispose of The Lodge House at Prince of Wales Park, Park Road, Bingley, BD16 4AF which is part of its land known as Prince of Wales Park, Bingley, registered with Land Registry Title No. WYK913880 and which is open space land within the meaning of section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972.

The plan showing The Lodge House at Prince of Wales Park, Park Road, Bingley, BD16 4AF which is part of its land known as Prince of Wales Park, Bingley, the open space that the Council proposes to dispose of may be viewed below.

A copy of the plan can also be obtained by contacting Estate Management at [email protected] or at 1st Floor Argus Chambers Hall Ings Bradford BD1 1HZ, who will upon request, arrange for persons to be sent a copy of the plan.

Any objections or representations to the proposed disposal must be made in writing to either [email protected] or to Estate Management 1st Floor Argus Chambers Hall Ings Bradford BD1 1HZ quoting reference ARN53901 no later than 12 noon on 12 August2025.The grounds for any objection should be stated.
