Land on the north side of Highbridge Terrace, Bradford

Notice is given by City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council that it intends to dispose of an area of land having an area of approximately 13,557 square metres or thereabouts located on the north side of Highbridge Terrace, Bradford (BD5 8PT) which is open space within the meaning of section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972.

The plan showing the open space land which is located on the north side of Highbridge Terrace, Bradford (BD5 8PT) (the said land being registered with HM Land Registry under title number WYK796025 and partly unregistered) may be viewed below.

A copy of the plan can also be obtained by contacting Estate Management at [email protected], or at 1^st Floor Argus Chambers Hall Ings Bradford BD1 1HZ who will upon request, arrange for persons to be sent a copy of the plan.

Any objections or representations to the proposed disposal must be made in writing to either [email protected] or to Estate Management 1^st Floor Argus Chambers Hall Ings Bradford BD1 1HZ quoting reference Parkway/POS no later than 12 noon on Friday, 25 April 2025. The grounds for any objection should be stated.
