Notice is given by the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council that it intends to dispose of land lying on the north west side of Hollins Hill, Esholt, Bradford more commonly known as Lamb Springs Golf Course, Hollins Hill, Esholt, Shipley, BD17 7QW which is registered with Land Registry under Title Numbers WYK 780160 and WYK404854 and which is open space land within the meaning of section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972.

The plans showing the open space being land lying on the north west side of Hollins Hill, Esholt, Bradford more commonly known as the Lamb Springs Golf Course, Hollins Hill, Esholt, Shipley, BD17 7QW that the Council proposes to dispose of may be viewed below.

A copy of the plans can also be obtained by contacting Estate Management at [email protected] or at 1st Floor, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford BD1 1HZ, who will upon request, arrange for persons to be sent a copy of the plans.

Any objections or representations to the proposed disposal must be made in writing to either [email protected] or to Estate Management, 1st Floor, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford BD1 1HZ quoting reference Lamb Springs Golf Course no later than 12 noon on 27 April 2025. The grounds for any objection should be stated.
