Notice is given by City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council that it intends to dispose of Ingleborough Hall Outdoor Education Centre which is comprised of land and buildings occupying an area of approximately 41,300 square metres or thereabouts at Church Avenue, Clapham, Lancaster, LA2 8EF which is registered at the Land Registry under title number NYK380302 and is open space within the meaning of section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972.

The plan showing the open space land at Ingleborough Hall Outdoor Education Centre, Clapham, Lancaster, LA2 8EF which the Council proposes to dispose of may be viewed below.

Any objections or representations to the proposed disposal must be made in writing to either [email protected] quoting reference ARN 00264/POS no later than 12 noon on 9 June 2025. The grounds for any objection should be stated.
