Community Health Improvement Project Grants

As part of the ongoing Community Health Improvement Project (CHIP), Public Health would like to announce the launch of 2 grant opportunities for organisations to apply for. Both grant opportunities open on Wednesday, 28 January and we will be hosting a webinar for any clarifications on Wednesday, 4 February, 1pm to 2pm.

Black African and Caribbean Health Improvement Grants

The Living Well Black African and Caribbean health improvement grant scheme is funded by Bradford Council Public Health and aims to award a variety of organisations passionate about reducing health inequalities for the Black African and Caribbean communities in Bradford.

Community Health Development Grants

Living Well Community Health Development (CHD) Grants Scheme is funded by Bradford Council Public Health and aims to award up to 10 small groups/organisations who are passionate about reducing health inequalities, promoting health and wellbeing and representing the voice of defined community of interest groups across the Bradford District.
