Manningham Conservation Area Assessment

The Manningham Conservation Area Assessment contains a detailed analysis of the character of the five conservation areas in Manningham (Apsley Crescent, Eldon Place, North Park Road, St Paul's and Southfield Square) and describes its special character and interest. The document and the revised conservation area boundary were approved by Bradford North and Bradford West Area Committees on 22 September 2005.

North Park Road Conservation Area Appraisal

The North Park Road Conservation Area Appraisal was undertaken in November 2007. The Appraisal is a means of updating the original assessment. The Appraisal considers authenticity, changes that have taken place, opportunities and threats to the Conservation Area. It also maps the key characteristics of the area and contains Management Proposals. Any changes that affect the designation of the Conservation Area will be reported to the relevant committee.
