Keighley Town Centre Conservation Area Assessment
The Keighley Town Centre Conservation Area Assessment contains a detailed analysis of the character of the conservation area and describes its special character and interest. The document incorporates a Conservation Area Appraisal which considers authenticity, changes that have taken place, opportunities and threats to the Conservation Area. It also maps the key characteristics of the area and contains Management Proposals. Any changes that affect the designation of the Conservation Area will be reported to the relevant committee. The document was approved by the Keighley Area Committee on 21 November 2013.
