The Capital Programme
The Capital programme report is produced annually as part of the Council’s Budget Process.
The report provides Members with proposed capital expenditure plans over the forthcoming three year period. The Capital Investment Plan is part of the overall budget proposal for the Council which includes the Revenue Estimates and the Schools Budget.
