5. Inspector's Report (October 2017)
The Planning Inspectorate appointed Ms Louise Nurser BA (Hons) Dip UP MRTPI as Independent Planning Inspector on behalf of the Secretary of State to take charge of the Examination of the Area Action Plan. The Programme Officer was Tony Blackburn.
The Inspector's Report was received by Bradford Council on the 2 October 2017. The report provides the inspector's findings, recommendations and conclusions (and reasons behind these).

The Inspector has considered all the matters and the supporting evidence base and has considered whether the plan is legally complaint and sound.
The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council's Response to the Inspectors Report
The Council will formally consider the Inspectors Report and recommendations in due course through a report to Bradford Council's Executive to be held on 7 November 2017, with the decision on whether to adopt in line with Inspectors recommendation taking place at Full Council to be held on 12 December 2017.
