Please note: In October 2008, a total of 16 policies were deleted from the RUDP by the Secretary of State. These policies have been superseded by either national or regional policies. The 16 deleted RUDP policies consist of: UDP5, UR4, E3A, H1, H2, H3, H5, TM9, TM13,TM21, TM22, NE12, NR6, NR1, P4, P14. For further details on 'Saved Policies', please see the Secretary of State Direction letter.
As of July 2017, a further 125 RUDP policies have been superseded by the adoption of the Core Strategy Development Plan document. Only 47 RUDP policies remain until the adoption of the Land Allocations Development Plan Document (DPD) or Area Action Plan DPDs.
