Regulation 17 - Examination
Andrew Freeman was appointed to carry out an Independent Examination of the Burley in Wharfedale Neighbourhood Plan and has recommended that, subject to modifications, the Plan should proceed to Referendum.

Regulation 18 - Plan proposal decisions
The Burley in Wharfedale Neighbourhood Plan, with modifications, will proceed to Referendum on the 3 May 2018.
