Building Control is keen to provide a quality building regulation service that both ensures building work complies with national building regulations and inspections are carried out at precisely the right time.

With every building regulation application decision notice we provide a letter, which goes both to the applicant and the builder, asking to be notified when work starts and also at the stages when different trades become involved.

We are more than happy to be notified by phone, fax, email and letter, to suit preference.

Inspections can be tailored to meet the different needs of developers/builders and should be particularly beneficial for large projects.

On satisfactory completion of the work a "completion certificate" is issued confirming compliance with building regulations, this can prove an invaluable document when ownership changes hands.
