About Denholme Library

The library is located in the Mechanics Institute on the main road and is in a convenient location for parking, bus stop and village centre. The building is council owned. The library has a floor area of 66 square metres which includes the library and reading room.

As well as over 4,000 books and free internet access, the library offers regular storytimes and access to information throughout the district. Management of the library was transferred to the community in November 2011 and volunteers provide the service with support from Bradford Libraries.
