Completed affordable housing schemes
Bradford Council has developed 407 properties for rent, since March 2010. This total is made up of
- 36 x 1 bedroom properties
- 172 x 2 bedroom properties
- 148 x 3 bedroom properties
- 39 x 4 bedroom properties
- 12 x 5 bedroom properties
69 of these properties are in an extra care scheme (1 and 2 bedroom flats).

The Council has also developed 18 self-contained flats to provide temporary housing accommodation and support for homeless people. This project involved the renovation of an empty Grade II listed building and building a new state of the art building on a nearby plot.
