Lower Wyke Conservation Area Assessment

Lower Wyke Conservation Area Assessment contains a detailed analysis of the character of the conservation area and describes its special character and interest. The document and the revised conservation area boundary were approved by Bradford South Area Committee on 17 October 2005.

Lower Wyke Conservation Area Appraisal

The Lower Wyke Conservation Area Appraisal was undertaken in November 2009. The Appraisal is a means of updating the original assessment. The Appraisal considers authenticity, changes that have taken place, opportunities and threats to the Conservation Area. It also maps the key characteristics of the area and contains Management Proposals. Any changes that affect the designation of the Conservation Area will be reported to the relevant committee.
