Landlords – tell us about a change of tenancy

You must email us at [email protected] about any change in occupation or ownership of the property. In your email, please include:

• the account number
• the property address
• your contact telephone number
• a copy of the tenancy / lease / license
• if the property has been sold, please include the date of sale and the purchaser name and their contact details
