We are from IQRA Primary Academy and this is our winning idea Thinking Eco – Nomically to help raise awareness of the problems of air pollution and let you know how you can take steps to reduce it in your area.

This page will be updated as our project progresses, look out for us on the Bradford Council social media channels.
We have signed up to be part of the Bradford Clean Air Schools programme. The Council are using the revenue from the Clean Air Zone to offer schools grants to improve air quality or reduce exposure to pollution. This will help schools become cleaner, healthier places for us.
We can already see positive changes in Bradford including improvements to bus infrastructure, walking routes and cycle paths. The Clean Air Zone will reduce air pollution, support people and businesses to upgrade their vehicles and help us become a healthier, more sustainable and inclusive city.
