MyInfo - what will I find on my account

MyInfo is an online system that allows you to manage your own Council Tax or council benefits information. MyInfo is split into two parts:

1. Access your Council Tax account

Access your Council Tax account and view your council benefit summary

• view your Council Tax account
• view your council benefits account and any recent payments – note you must have a Council Tax account in order to view your benefit summary
• update your own contact details
• report a change in circumstances
• upload supporting documents, meaning you don’t have to visit us
• view your property details, such as your Council Tax band

2. View your council benefit account or apply for council benefits

View your council benefit documents or apply for council benefits

• view your council benefit documents
• update your own contact details
• report a change in circumstances
• upload supporting documents (for benefits only), meaning you don’t have to visit us
• apply for Council Tax Reduction or Housing Benefit
