A Safety Plan is a way to help a child or adult stay safe, reduce or managing risk and to also plan what to do in the event of harm, potential harm or crisis.

All children and young people who are experiencing or have experienced abuse should have a safety plan even if the abuse has stopped.

Learning outcome:
• What is a Safety Plan?
• Top Tips - Lets plan together.
• Child Example - Group reflective exercise.

Who's it for?

Target Audience: Childrens Service’s, Early Help, Leaving Care staff, Residential Staff, Police, Education, Universal Services, wider charity services within Bradford.
