Bradford Libraries play a vital role at the heart of our communities — offering free, welcoming spaces that inspire reading, learning, creativity and connection. This new Libraries Strategy 2025–2030 sets out how the service will remain vibrant, inclusive and sustainable in a time of continuing financial challenge, while building on the strong foundations established since 2020.
