About Wrose Library

This library was opened in 1972 in a converted shop premises. There is a small car park to the rear of the building which can be accessed via a side road. The floor area of the library is 79 square metres which is largely taken up by the main body of the library. The library had a major roof refurbishment in 2005.

As well as over 4,000 books and free internet access, the library also offers a reading group.

Management of the library was transferred to the community in November 2011 and volunteers provide the service with support from Bradford Libraries.
