Request a replacement driver's badge
If you have lost or misplaced your driver badge you may use the link at the bottom of this page to order a replacement.
Please use the “Notes” section at the end of the application form before submitting to include any additional information or requests, such as a replacement badge holder and lanyard.
If you wish to update the operator on your badge, please complete a change of operator request instead.
Once we receive your request, your replacement badge will be sent in the post within two to three working days to your registered postal address.
Please note you will need a valid debit/credit card to make your payment.
