Manage your weight
Maintaining a healthy weight is one of the best things you can do to look after your health. If you're overweight, making small changes to the things you eat and exercising more can have many health benefits. It might help reduce the risk of developing health conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease and type 2 diabetes. Being underweight can also lead to health problems.
You can find out more about what a healthy weight is on the Living Well website.
