Carer breaks

Holibreak+ the Alternatives to Respite Service

What is the Alternatives to Respite Service?

The service is provided by Equality Together. It provides innovative opportunities to take a break and take part in activities as an alternative to respite in a care home. It aims to enable people with identified social care needs, unpaid carers and those they support to maintain their independence and social networks.
